Job Brief
We are looking for dynamic and result-orientedTelecallersto join our sales team. You willbe responsible foroutbound calling to parents of K-12students, promoting our personalized online tutoring services, generating leads, fixing demo sessions, and drivingenrollments. This role requires strong persuasion skills to nurture prospects and close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send messages to prospective parents/clients.
- Follow up on all leads diligently until closure.
- Identify interested clients and schedule demo tutoring sessions.
- Nurture non-interested or hesitant prospects through regular follow-ups to convert them into interested leads.
- Maintain consistent contact with prospects via calls, messages, and other channels.
- Coordinate closely with the internal sales team on lead progress, demos, and sales activities.
- Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of active experience in outbound sales-based telecalling.
- Prior experience in EdTech preferred; experience calling parents/clients in US, Australia, or Middle East regions is a strong advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) fluent, clear, and confident.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Education
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 1.8 LPA to 2.5 LPA (depending on experience and performance).
- Attractive incentives based on targets and conversions.
- 6-day working week (Sunday off).
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
