Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated BPO / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls and provide high-quality support. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Address customer queries and concerns efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow-ups
- Ensure timely issue resolution and callbacks
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution
- Follow company communication standards and processes
- Deliver a positive customer experience
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 13 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle calls confidently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment
Hours per Week : 40-50 hours
