This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients to provide information about our services, gather client feedback, and schedule appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer databases, achieving assigned targets, and providing support to the team to enhance overall client satisfaction.

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
