Job Description
Location: Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore Urban (On-site)
We are looking for a motivated and professional TeleCaller to join our team in Bangalore. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
The Role- Manage outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and current customers.
- Introduce services and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM tools.
- Meet daily and monthly engagement targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (Required).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Mindset: Customer-focused with great problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or customer support is a plus.
