We are looking for a motivated and professional TeleCaller to join our team in Bangalore. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and current customers.
• Introduce services and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM tools.
• Meet daily and monthly engagement targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (Required).
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Mindset: Customer-focused with great problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or customer support is a plus.
