About the Role

SR Jungle Resort is hiring experienced Telecallers to support our sales and customer engagement activities. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and delivering excellent customer support while promoting our resort services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on enquiries.

Promote resort products and services effectively to prospective customers.

Pitch room packages, offers, and services confidently.

Maintain accurate call records and ensure consistent follow-ups with leads.

Provide professional and high-quality customer support throughout the interaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecaller in the resorts or hotel industry.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Customer-focused, confident, and result-oriented approach.

Ability to maintain call records and manage lead follow-ups efficiently.
