Hiring: Telecaller (Sales Support)

Compensation: Fixed 15,000 20,000 per month + incentives up to 10,00,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Connect with potential customers and explain PropEazes offerings
• Qualify leads and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversations
• Support the sales process with timely updates and insights
• Work closely with the founders office and sales leadership

Eligibility Criteria:

• 13 years of prior telecalling experience (any industry)
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working with targets and high call volumes
• Confident, persuasive, and performance-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
