Telecaller – Overseas Education

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers Overseas Education at our Experience Centre. At PathOrient, Telecallers play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for students exploring study abroad opportunities. You will engage with prospective students, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward the right counselling support.

Your role will be key in building trust, qualifying student leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to counsellors for detailed guidancewhile delivering a positive and professional student experience.

Student Outreach & Engagement

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
• Understand students academic background, goals, and preferred countries.
• Clearly explain PathOrients counselling services and study abroad process.

Lead Qualification & Follow-ups

• Qualify leads based on eligibility, interest level, and readiness to apply.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture interest and answer basic queries.
• Schedule counselling sessions with senior consultants.

Relationship & Experience Management

• Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for students.
• Build rapport and trust to ensure a high lead-to-counselling conversion rate.
• Ensure students feel supported and informed at every interaction.

Data & CRM Management

• Accurately update student details, call outcomes, and follow-up notes in the CRM.
• Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.

Target Achievement

• Meet daily and monthly call, lead qualification, and appointment targets.
• Support intake-based sales goals with consistent performance.

• Graduate (any stream); MBA or education background is a plus.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education counselling.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly approach.
• Basic understanding of study abroad destinations (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and call systems.
