Job Description
Location:
Mumbai
Salary:
25,000 per month
Language Requirement:
Basic English (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Attending guest requests promptly and professionally
Answering incoming calls and resolving queries
Coordinating and following up with the Property Manager
Taking feedback from guests after check-in/check-out
Ensuring positive guest experience and maintaining strong online reviews
Handling basic coordination and communication tasks efficiently
Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service will be an added advantage
