Job Description

Mediglo, an advanced dermatology and wellness clinic in Gurgaon, is looking for an experienced Telecaller Sales professional with prior exposure to aesthetic, skin, or dermatology services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling patients about treatments, and converting leads into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to aesthetic and dermatology services

Explain treatments such as skin, laser, anti-aging, body contouring, and wellness procedures

Convert enquiries into bookings by effective counselling and follow-ups

Maintain patient records, lead data, and follow-up status accurately

Coordinate with doctors and front-desk teams for smooth appointment scheduling

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Ensure a professional, empathetic, and patient-centric communication style

Eligibility & Skills

Prior sales/telecalling experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or skin clinics is mandatory

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with targets and incentive-based sales

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Professional, polite, and confident phone etiquette
