Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Telecallers to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into site visits and strengthening customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing leads
• Engage prospects to generate interest in our real estate projects
• Explain property details, pricing, and features to interested customers
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and customer feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
• Provide excellent customer service and answer queries professionally

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer outreach
• Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle objections and maintain composure
• Basic understanding of real estate is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office or CRM tools (preferred)
