Telecaller – IT Cold Calling (Kolkata Based)

Inspiroworksis hiring an experiencedTelecaller, who has worked inIT Cold Calling to support our business development initiatives.

This role is focused purely on outbound cold calling in the IT services space. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience reaching out to decision-makers, introducing IT services, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Role Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects
• Introduce our Salesforce and IT consulting services
• Qualify leads and assess potential opportunities
• Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
• Maintainaccuratecall records and follow-ups
• Consistently meet daily and weekly call targets

Required Experience

• Must be based in Kolkata
• Prior experience in IT services cold calling
• Experience booking meetings for IT sales teams
• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Comfortable callingIndian and international clients (US/Australia/Middle East preferred)
• Target-driven and performance-oriented
