Job Summary:
DIYA is seeking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Client Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing leads through telephonic follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and demonstrating our robotics education products to potential clients (Schools/ Partners). The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a passion for education and technology, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and teachers. Proficiency in Hindi language is a key requisite.
Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Conduct telephonic outreach to follow up with the leads generated through various marketing channels
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relations with the Schools/ Partners providing excellent post-sales support, ensuring their needs and queries are addressed promptly
- Demonstrate the company's robotics education products to schools
- Preparation of Proposal, Agreements as agreed with the school and subsequent Payment follow-ups
- Attend and actively participate in industry expos, conferences and other events along with the technical team, to promote the company and generate prospective leads
Requirements:
- Prior Proven experience in sales, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Hindi Language proficiency is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in educational or technology sectors is good-to-have, but not required
