Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and articulate telecaller who can speak to business owners, understand their needs, demonstrate our platform, and convert conversations into customers.


This is not a pure calling role. You will act as a product consultant, qualifying leads, giving live demos of our AI automation platform, and closing deals.


You should be comfortable talking to decision-makers like founders, clinic owners, real estate developers, and service businesses.


What You Will Do

  • Call inbound and outbound leads from campaigns and website enquiries
  • Understand the customers business and pain points
  • Explain Sprio clearly in simple business language
  • Give product walkthroughs and demos (training will be provided)
  • Handle objections confidently and move the lead toward decision
  • Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp
  • Maintain notes and update lead status in CRM
  • Convert qualified leads into paid customers
  • Coordinate with onboarding team after closure

Required Experience

  • 1 to 4 years in telecalling / inside sales / presales / SaaS sales
  • Experience in closing deals over phone or video is important
  • Prior experience in software, digital marketing, CRM, or automation products is a strong advantage
