Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Tellecallers based in Halwasia, Hazratganj, Lucknow. The Call Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers for credit card recovery, handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities also include documenting customer interactions, following up with customers, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of recovery status to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates aged 18 and above.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills required.
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills
• 12th pass mandatory; a college degree is a plus.
