Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hindi/English/Punjabi Telecaller located in Delhi. The telecaller will be responsible for handling outgoing calls with clients/customers, providing information about products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. The Telecaller will also need to address customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution, as well as upsell products or services where necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi or English or Punjabi
• Experience with customer service and telecalling
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use telecalling software
• Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards work
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
• Ability to work effectively within a team
