Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents who have shown interest in study abroad or test preparation services

Explain Bluesky Educations services clearly and politely

Understand student requirements and share accurate information about counselling sessions, exams, and

processes

Schedule counselling appointments and follow up on leads

Maintain call records and update student details regularly

Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team for smooth handovers

Who We Are Looking For

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Pleasant speaking voice and a polite, professional approach

Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or spreadsheets

Ability to handle student queries patiently and responsibly

Prior experience in telecalling or education counselling will be an advantage
