Position Overview


We are looking for a professional Tele caller who can conduct advisory calls with leads interested in Franchise Module Development and individuals seeking franchise opportunities. This is NOT a sales role you will be providing guidance, qualifying leads, understanding their requirements, and scheduling consultations with our franchise advisors. Your communication should be consultative, empathetic, and focused on understanding client needs rather than pushing sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound advisory calls to leads interested in franchise module development and franchise seeker services
  • Understand the client's business background, objectives, and franchise requirements through consultative questioning
  • Explain our services, process, and how we can help them achieve their franchise goals
  • Qualify leads based on business readiness, budget, and genuine interest in franchise development
  • Schedule appointments with Senior Franchise Advisors for qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads who need time to think or require additional information
  • Provide initial guidance and answer basic questions about franchising, without overselling or making unrealistic promises


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish fluency preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or advisory roles (fresher with exceptional communication skills may apply)
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong listening skills and consultative approach (not aggressive sales mentality)
  • Basic understanding of business concepts (franchising knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and maintaining call logs
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping clients
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain positive attitude
