Job Summary :

The Tele Sales / Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers through calls, explaining company products or services, and converting leads into sales while achieving assigned targets.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data
• Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries
• Generate sales leads and close deals over the phone
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely closure
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Compensation: Monthly Salary will be offered up to 23,000 fixed take-home, along with performance-based incentives of approximately 10,00050,000. The final offer will depend on the candidates current CTC, relevant experience, and overall skill fit
