About the Role
We are looking for adynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities into successful sales closures. This role involves strong communication, consultative selling, and pipeline management skills to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads throughoutbound calls minimum daily 100 plus , emails, LinkedIn outreach , and marketing-generated leads.
- Conductinitial discovery calls , understand client requirements, and pitch relevant solutions or products.
- Maintain and updateCRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline information.
- Work closely with themarketing team to align lead generation efforts
- Prepare and deliversales proposals, follow-ups, and presentations to prospects.
- Achieve and exceedmonthly sales and conversion targets .
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects to ensure continuous engagement and potential upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Generateweekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or related field .
- 37 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (real estate, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred).
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills .
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working withCRM and lead management tools .
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding ofdigital marketing and online lead generation is a plus.
