Meera, the flagship product of Flow Automate, is an AI-powered e-commerce assistant that transforms traditional online stores into intelligent, personalized shopping experiences, that comes close to that of a physical store, From hyper-personalization and real-time recommendations to business insights, Meera empowers brands to scale revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term loyalty through AI-driven automation.


We are seeking a full-time Telesales Executive to partner with us in our growth, on-site in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to generate leads, give demonstrations, promote Flow Automates innovative solutions, and drive sales. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support, giving product demos, building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and meeting sales targets as part of our dynamic team

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional support.

Proven abilities in Lead Generation and Sales to identify potential customers and drive business growth.

Strong Customer Support skills to address inquiries and deliver satisfying client experiences.

Experience in giving product demonstrations over video calls to showcase product value clearly and confidently.

Result-oriented mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Proficiency in sales techniques and a good understanding of e-commerce or AI solutions is a plus.

Formal Education though important is not as valuable as your ability.

What Were Looking For

Minimum 3 years tele-calling or inside software sales experience.

Experience presenting or giving demos to potential customers.

Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools).

High energy, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.

Ability to handle objections and maintain strong customer engagement.
