Tele Marketing Executive / Tele Sales Representative
POSITION REPORTS TO: CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER (CBO) DIRECT AND DIGITAL
DEPARTMENT: SALES
POSITION LOCATION: HYDERABAD
BUDGET: 2.50 Lakhs

POSITION SUMMARY
A Tele Sales Representative with Companies Technologies. Our Company is a fast-growing Company in India's financial services sector. This role involves outbound calls to generate leads, pitch loan products, and close deals while meeting sales targets. Pre-Qualified leads will be provided.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote business loan products,
using scripts to highlight features like interest rates and repayment terms.
Quality leads by asking about business needs, revenue, and credit eligibility; handle
objections and follow up to convert prospects.
Update CRM systems with call logs, customer data, and sales progress; collaborate with
field sales for complex deals.
EDUCATINAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required Qualifications:
6-12 months experience in telesales, preferably in financial products like loans or NBFC
sales in India.
Strong communication in English and Hindi (regional languages like Telugu, Tamil,
Gujarati, Marathi a plus); familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
High school diploma minimum: graduation preferred; proven track record of meeting
quotas.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and rejection-handling abilities.
Knowledge of business loan terms (term loans, tenure, working capital, Fixed rate, flat rate),
and financial terms.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset; comfortable in high-volume calling (50-100
calls/day)
High levels of honesty, integrity and respect for team members are a must.
