Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Recruiter, based in Kochi. The responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, managing and updating applicant databases, and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers. The Tele Recruiter will also handle applicant inquiries and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to connect candidates with suitable job opportunities effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Candidate Shortlisting
• Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills, including Telephonic and Written communication
• Organizational and Database Management Skills to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Problem-solving Skills and Understanding of Recruitment Best Practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in recruitment or customer engagement roles is an advantage
• Educational qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
