Hiring: Tele-Calling & CRM Executive (Pet Industry)

Location: Preet Vihar, East Delhi Full-time (On-site)

We need someone who can:

Call pet shops, groomers, vets, dog cafs & all pet businesses listed on Google

Create broadcast groups for different categories

Maintain daily call data in Google Sheets

Take data from field sales person (visited shops, contact numbers, follow-up notes) & update sheets

Call for order follow-ups, reorders & payments

Call direct pet owners for product selling, feedback & repeat orders

Call exhibition leads and convert them into customers

Work on lead conversion to sales

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic Google Sheets knowledge

Responsible, organised & target-oriented

Salary: Based on experience
