Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Caller to support our real estate sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and transferring interested prospects to the Team Leader (TL) for further closure. The candidate should be comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
  • Generate and qualify real estate prospects through cold calling
  • Explain basic project details and understand customer requirements
  • Transfer interested and qualified leads to the Team Leader (TL)
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion


Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Ability to convince and handle customer queries confidently
  • Target-oriented mindset and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and calling systems is a plus
