We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible professional to handle inbound calls, make outbound calls on leads, and manage client communication smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and outbound calls on generated leads

Confidently handle all types of client queries and objections

Assign qualified leads to the appropriate team members

Manage multiple calls and WhatsApp messages simultaneously

Treat every call and message as important and ensure timely follow-ups

Maintain punctuality, presence, and professionalism throughout working hours

Requirements:

Prior experience in telecalling / customer handling / lead management is mandatory

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (mandatory)

Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills

Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and efficiently

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
