Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Salem. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide travel information, answer inquiries about travel services, assist with bookings, and handle customer concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting communication targets. Collaboration with the broader team for resolving customer queries and enhancing service quality is also a key function of this role.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication, persuasive, and customer relationship skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking and CRM systems
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, problem-solving, and complaint resolution
Ability to collaborate with a team and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Fluency in local languages and English is advantageous
