Role Overview

As a Tele Caller (Program Guide) , you will interact with prospective students, explain our programs, generate Positive leads, and support them throughout the admission

process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students & parents to generate interest in QT programs.

Explain course details, curriculum, training benefits, and placement support.

Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.

Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrolments.

Maintain accurate data and update all interactions in the CRM.

Handle queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.

Coordinate with the Team Lead and share daily reports.

Stay updated on all QT courses and training offerings.

Key Skills

Strong communication in Telugu(English & Hindi Added Advantage)

Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and call documentation.

Target-driven, confident, and student-friendly.

Qualifications

Any graduate (preferred).

Experience in tele calling, customer service, or EdTech is an added advantage.

Professional Requirement

Strictly Business Formal or Complete Formal Attire is mandatory during working hours.
