Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/respondents as per project requirements
- Collect accurate information and verify data during calls
- Follow call scripts and quality guidelines strictly
- Update call outcomes, responses, and remarks in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for quality checks
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily targets and task clarity
- Adhere to timelines and productivity benchmarks
- Identify issues during calls and escalate appropriately
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language as required)
- Basic to strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to follow instructions and scripts carefully
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily calling targets
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in telecalling, calling surveys, or customer support
- Experience in data validation, audit calls, or QC calling
- Familiarity with call tracking sheets or CRM tools
