Role Summary


We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting overall sales growth in the C&I solar segment.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the team.

Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead information

Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Support the sales team with proposal coordination and client communication.

Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.


Requirements


Graduate in any discipline (preference for sales or marketing background)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi

Strong follow-up, coordination, and client relationship management abilities

Basic understanding of solar energy solutions.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
