Key Roles & Responsibilities


· Should be good in analyzing customer’s need of insurance and assisting him buying the best plan (On Call)

· Should be able to guide and assist customers online (on call) for buying insurance plans

· High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target independently

· Should be prepared and Insightful

· Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes

· Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes


Key Requirements – Education & Certification


· Min Qualification - 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)


Key Requirements – Experience & Skills


· Good Communication Skills

· Insurance Sales Experience (Preferred)
