This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive, located in Mumbai. The Tele Caller Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, provide accurate information to address their queries, and build positive relationships. Responsibilities include managing lead generation, following up with potential customers, and maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and communications. The role requires strong communication skills, timely follow-ups, and a client-focused approach to meet service and sales goals.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and resolve issues
- Skills in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships
- Experience using CRM systems and telephone communication tools is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team collaboration, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be an advantage
