This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to meet customer service objectives. Key tasks involve reaching out to potential customers, answering customer queries, promoting products and services, maintaining accurate records of communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship management
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product information
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve targets
• Familiarity with fan or manufacturing industry products is beneficial
