Broad Responsibility

• A Tekla Precast/ Detailer Modeller is responsible for creating detailed 3D models, GA Drawings, Erection Drawings, Shop Drawings of precast structures using Tekla software.
• Develop accurate 3D models, including rebar modelling, for precast structures.
• Generate detailed construction and production drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections, and reinforcement details.
• Prepare precast erection drawings, production drawings, hardware drawings, and material lists.
• Review project documents to identify conflicts, missing dimensions, and insufficient information.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control and assurance checks on drawings and models.

• Good Visualization Skills
• Good in Engineering fundamentals
• Good at Tekla Precast
• AutoCAD Would be the Added Advantage
• Work closely with team and understand the project need.
• Good at MS Excel
