About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our DevOps organization. This role requires strong technical acumen, program management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and automated solutions for modern infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple DevOps programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and SRE teams to define priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Roadmap & Planning: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for DevOps initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Drive adoption of best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container orchestration.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs for DevOps programs (e.g., deployment frequency, MTTR, pipeline efficiency) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Technical Guidance: Understand DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, GitOps, Kubernetes, Kong, Kafka, Terraform, Ansible) to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical program management within large-scale engineering or DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, on-premise environments, and containerization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
• Certifications: PMP, SAFe, or DevOps-related certifications.
