Job Description
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in resolving incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. Each day will present unique challenges that require your expertise and proactive approach to maintain seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer. - Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security measures. - Experience with automation tools for file transfer processes. - Familiarity with incident management systems and ticketing tools. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
