Project Role Description : Defines technology transformation, strategies and capabilities including north star and target blueprints. Designs the roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects (ex., infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process).

Summary: As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will define technology transformation, strategies, and capabilities including north star and target blueprints. You will design the roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve analyzing technology trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing innovative solutions to drive technology transformation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps. - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology transformation goals. - Manage and prioritize technology initiatives and projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture, Groovy (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of technology transformation strategies and capabilities. - Experience in designing technology roadmaps to achieve target state. - Knowledge of infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process aspects. - Experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years plus full education is required.
