Position - Technology Specialist Hyper Automation

Location - Bangalore, Karnataka

Qualification - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Experience - 57 years in automation/RPA development and digital transformation

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using RPA, Power Platform, and AI technologies.
Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: discovery, development, testing, deployment, and scaling
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and deliver measurable ROI/value via deep adoption , maintain the organizations hyper-automation strategy and roadmap across functions
Solution Architecture & Delivery - Establish automation governance, reusable components, and best practices , connect with Heineken Hyper automation CoE and teams to bring best practices and select the right automation technology
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards and proactively mitigate risks
Drive adoption of automation-first mindset - Automation accuracy, uptime, and stability metrics across the enterprise and capture business value and enterprise hourly savings.

Technical skills

Microsoft Power Platform: Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse; familiar with connectors (e.g., SharePoint, REST APIs).
Integration & Scripting: Skilled in API integration and scripting in Power Platform.
Architecture: Experience with modular designs and DevOps practices.
Strong hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism, etc.), Power Suite ( Power Automate, Power App/BI)
Expertise in AI/ML models, NLP, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), generative AI.
Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Power Automate Process Advisor).
Understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Familiarity with programming/scripting (Python, .NET, Java, SQL).
