About the Role

We are seeking experienced technology professionals to join our consulting team and drive largescale transformation programs in the banking and financial services domain. This is a clientfacing leadership role with endtoend responsibility for delivery, strategy, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements in Core Banking, Lending, CRM, Trade Finance
• Define IT Strategy & Roadmaps , drive Legacy/Core Applications Transformation , and shape Enterprise Architecture
• Deliver handson coding/programming, design, and implementation of digital solutions across the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate across business and IT silos to deliver agile, reusable solutions
• Influence industry thought leadership and support business development efforts
• Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of transformation programs

Skills & Experience

• 210 years of postqualification experience,
• Strong expertise in financial services, digital technologies, and business/technology strategy
• Exposure to APIs, AI/ML, cloud computing, mobility, and automation
• Proven track record of delivering business value from technology in largescale programs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
• Education: MBA preferred with a Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields
• Willingness to travel as required
