Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience in NeoLoad and Java with Guidewire ClaimCenter knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain and Guidewire ClaimCenter. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks using Java to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
  • Utilize Appdynamics to monitor and optimize application performance.
  • Implement and execute performance testing using NeoLoad to identify and resolve bottlenecks in Guidewire ClaimCenter application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the development process.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all development activities.
  • Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using Appdynamics for application performance monitoring.
  • Have hands-on experience with NeoLoad for performance testing.
  • Show a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Show ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

  • Good to have: Certified Java Developer AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional NeoLoad Certified Professional
