Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in JavaScript ES5/ES6 React Redux and React JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain-specific knowledge to drive impactful solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript ES5/ES6 React Redux and React JS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement best practices for software development and deployment.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
