Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appdynamics Java and LoadRunner. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our applications and contributing to the overall success of our technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Appdynamics to monitor application performance.Oversee the development and maintenance of Java-based applications to ensure high-quality software solutions.Provide expertise in LoadRunner to conduct performance testing and identify bottlenecks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.Ensure the reliability and scalability of applications through continuous monitoring and performance tuning.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support application development and maintenance.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain application stability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Participate in agile development processes to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and technical challenges.Contribute to the overall success of technology initiatives by ensuring the optimal performance of applications.
Qualifications
