Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience in Automated Testing Manual Testing Selenium and Cucumber. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and tools and experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the success of our projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of automated and manual test plans to ensure software quality.Oversee the creation and maintenance of test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.Provide expertise in testing methodologies and best practices to the team.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design test cases.Execute test cases analyze results and report defects to the development team.Ensure comprehensive test coverage by identifying and prioritizing test scenarios.Monitor and document testing progress and outcomes providing regular updates to stakeholders.Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the team to resolve issues.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.Stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques to continuously improve testing processes.Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in automated testing manual testing Selenium and Cucumber.Have a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.Show proficiency in creating and maintaining test scripts.Ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.
