Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions using Python Java and LoadRunner to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features and enhancements.Provide technical expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure solutions align with industry standards.Conduct performance testing using LoadRunner to identify and resolve bottlenecks.Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and milestones.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Provide support and maintenance for existing applications to ensure their reliability and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance business operations.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Python Java and LoadRunner.Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in performance testing and optimization.Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on quality.Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
