Department: ESM: IT Asset Management
- Assess the AS IS state by interacting with various stakeholders and prepare Gap Report as well as prepare a transformation roadmap to align with latest digital service management needs of the customer.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of CMDB so as to perform a thorough maturity assessment and provide suitable and scalable recommendations.
- Must be able to liaise with developers to implement and test the improvement initiatives, and drive the maturity assessment and remediation.
- Must be able to conduct workshops on all the ITOM processes and prepare process design and workflows aligning the latest industry trends.
- Must be able to define all the ITOM process and provide functional requirements for ITOM tools to operationalize the processes defined.
- Must be able to prepare training materials, run books, and conduct training on defined ITOM processes.
- Must have ability to ensure implementation of the processes by coaching the process users, end users and process managers.
- Must be able to run CSI programs for the given customer environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple stakeholders and advise the various best practices as appropriate to the given customer environment.
Must Have:
· Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Operations Management space as ITOM Process Consultant and 1-2 years in IT Service Operations.
· Must have both process definition and implementation exposure to Agile methodology, CMDB Service Modelling, CSDM data model, Service Mapping, ServiceNow Discovery and other CMDB related integrations, health dashboards, Service Continuity and CSI processes.
· Must have exposure to Process Gap Assessments & Gap report presentations and conducting process workshops.
· Must have very good written / oral English communication skills including customer presentations.
