Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional in Technology Risk, Information Security Risk, and Controls Management to join our team in Bengaluru or Mumbai Location. The ideal candidate will have 11 to 16 years hands-on experience with Technology risk experience in financial markets applications. It is absolutely essential that they have change experience while run would be important.

• Must have technology risk experience in financial markets applications.
• Change management experience is essential; run experience is desirable.
• Secondary Skills: Stakeholder engagement, Data Analytics & Reporting tools, Technology audit & assurance.
• Provide risk and controls assessments to influence technology risk oversight for projects and portfolios.
• Responsibilities include advising on risk identification, monitoring, and management, plus independent oversight pre/post project implementation.
• Risks & Controls Management, Technology Insight (Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, Service Management), Project Lifecycle Management, Stakeholder engagement.
• Additional beneficial skills: Data Analytics, Reporting tools, Technology audit & assurance, Coaching & leadership.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, Regulatory areas; consulting experience (Big4 preferred); strong understanding of Technology Risk frameworks.
• Preferred Certifications: CISA, CRISC, PRINCE2/Agile, plus strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, Regulatory areas; consulting experience (Big4 preferred).
