Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools. Your role involves deploying the automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration, ensuring seamless project or product development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation of new technologies for enhanced platform performance - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance platform efficiency Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies - Experience in deploying automation pipelines for environment setup - Knowledge of software tools for creating cloud environments - Hands-on experience in configuring and managing cloud platforms Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 Years Continuous Education is required
