Project Role Description : Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration.

Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Your role will involve deploying the automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of cloud environments and enabling efficient software development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions. - Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Automate environment creation and configuration using appropriate tools and technologies. - Monitor and optimize cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and deployments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles. - Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. - Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Software/Application/Cloud Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. You will also be responsible for L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. - Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. - Work on L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and hardware. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Experience in working with remote teams and providing technical support. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
