Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and troubleshoot technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. - Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Contribute to the development and improvement of existing standards and methods of delivery. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Identify and resolve system and application-related issues. - Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Conduct system performance monitoring and optimization. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. - Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements. - Collaborate with vendors and external partners for issue resolution. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support if required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Solutions. - Strong understanding of system integrity and governance. - Knowledge of best practices for delivering services. - Experience in deploying and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. - Familiarity with architectural and operational perspectives. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Experience in system performance monitoring and optimization. - Understanding of security and data protection policies. - Knowledge of system configuration management and documentation. - Experience in system upgrades and enhancements. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Vendor management and external partner collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Flexible to work in night shift
