Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the maintenance and administration of Commvault Backup systems. - Monitor and troubleshoot backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve backup-related issues. - Conduct regular audits and tests to ensure the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures. - Assist in the implementation of backup and recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding backup and recovery processes. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Commvault Backup Administration. - Contribute to the documentation of backup and recovery procedures and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Backup and Recovery Systems. - Strong understanding of backup and recovery principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with storage technologies and concepts. - Knowledge of data deduplication and compression techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting backup failures and performance issues. - Ability to analyze and optimize backup and recovery processes. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Flexible to work in night shift
