Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary: Good to have packet capture analysis skills CCNP / CCIE certifications, Cloud certifications Knowledge about ITIL processes is must Good communication and collaboration skills Role & Responsibilities: At least 7+ years of core network experience. Must have hands-on experience with VeloCloud SDWAN technologies and demonstrate expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting SDWAN environments. Deploy and configure VeloCloud SDWAN devices at various sites, ensuring connectivity and performance optimization. Configure routing, traffic steering, firewall rules, and network policies across the SDWAN infrastructure. Integrate SDWAN with existing network environments, including data centers, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and legacy WAN technologies. Proactively monitor the health and performance of the SDWAN network using VeloCloud Orchestrator and other monitoring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve SDWAN connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and hardware/software faults. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and provide technical recommendations for improvement. Provide mentoring, training, and support to Level 1 and Level 2 network engineers, ensuring they can effectively troubleshoot and support SDWAN technologies. Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Routers, Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers and DNS/DHCP. Must have extensive working experience with IP routing protocol such as OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS and BGP and other technologies such as VRF/IPSec/NAT/Policy Routing. Must have experience in configuring and troubleshooting various Switching protocols which includes VTP, STP, RSTP, PVST, MSTP. Good knowledge on overall Cloud operational configuration & management of Amazon AWS and Azure Good working knowledge on Cloud, VPC, EC2, ELB, EBS, S3, IGW, Route 53, DNS, VPN, RDS, IAM, Transit Gateway, etc. Cloud knowledge of AWS template Script, Azure Templates scripting, and Python/Ansible scripting. Good knowledge on F5 Load Balancer.
